Ori Hofmekler

Ori Hofmekler is a modern-day Renaissance man whose formative military experience prompted a lifelong interest in survival science. A graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Art and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where he received a degree in human science, Hofmekler is a world-renowned artist whose work has been featured in magazines worldwide. His art books of political satire have been published in the United States and Europe. As editor-in-chief of Mind and Muscle Power magazine, Hofmekler introduced his diet approach to the public to immediate acclaim from readers and professionals. His book The Warrior Diet was first published in 2002 in the United States, France, and Italy and has been featured in newspapers, magazines, and science journals. A new, revised edition was published in 2007. Hofmekler’s 2006 book, The Anti-Estrogenic Diet, provides solutions to hormonal-disrupting chemicals in the environment, food, and water. His Take No Prisoners newsletter exposes fallacies in the areas of diet and fitness and presents the true facts about human survival in today’s world. His new book Unlock Your Muscle Gene, Trigger the Biological Mechanisms that Transform Your Body and Extend Your Life was published in 2011.
